The building consists of three unique apartments – with one, two, and three bedrooms – each thoughtfully designed to offer a different experience of comfort and space. Large windows open either toward the calm waters of the lake or the greenery of the surrounding park, filling every home with natural light and gentle views.

Inside, every detail speaks of balance and simplicity. Soft tones, natural materials, and high-quality finishes create a sense of warmth and calm throughout. Bathrooms are spacious and refined, some directly connected to bedrooms for privacy and ease. The open-plan kitchens and living areas invite shared moments and slow mornings, while the sauna provides a quiet retreat for relaxation and reflection.

Sustainability is at the heart of Pargimaja. Solar panels on the roof generate clean energy, eco-friendly materials are used throughout, and furniture by Estonian brands Avila and Standard reflects local craftsmanship and responsible design.
